Inez Norton, a showgirl and actress, was probably Arnold Rothstein’s primary girlfriend….maybe.  (Rothstien was very married) Many of Rothstein’s friends never heard of her. After Rothstien was murdered, in 1928, Norton demand the money from his life insurance policy. She managed to tie up the dead mans estate through a series of complicated law suits until the family paid her off with a $20,000 payment (In 1928 dollars, it was a massive amount of money)
