Rand, Tamara. In November of 1975 Frank Bompensiro helped Anthony Spilotro locate millionaires San Diego real estate broker and investor Tamara Rand (Born 1921) a gynecologist. Allen Glick, the Outfits front man in Vegas, was being pressured by Tamara Rand to make good on what she said was a promise he made to her, following a $2 million loan. Essentially, Rand was shaking Glick down. Glick had struck in rich in Vegas and Rand felt she was entitled to a part of his money and threatened legal action if she didn’t get it. Tony Spilotro found Rand in her Mission Hills California home shooting her once in the temple, once in the back and three times under the chin with a .22, Spilotro’s weapon of choice. She was sipping tea when he killed her.
